Dye-sublimation technology is currently paving the way for the creation of one-of-a-kind garments, bags, neck gaiters, t-shirts, uniforms, crew shirts and other items. The user-supplied design is digitally printed onto a roll of paper or individual sheets to the size of their item for each job. After that, the printed design is transferred to fabric by using an oven heat press. There are two options for those who want to include extensive, colorful designs on their clothing and garments.
The first step is to choose an existing t-shirt style from ours or your apparel warehouses that specifically for sublimation.
Alternatively, a tailored approach may be chosen, in which designs are individually designed and manufactured to appeal to their specific requirements. In the context of dye-sublimation printing, it is critical to use vector-(.AI) based full-color or black-and-white graphics, as well as high-resolution images with at least 150 (DPI) dots per inch, and weren’t recreated (enlarged) from a lower resolution.
Dye-sublimation inks use a 4-color printing method known as CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black). It is critical that all files be properly prepared for best output quality. The use of dye-sublimation and PMS match colors do have restrictions on color outputs that are imposed by computer software programs, particularly when it comes to money or currency colors and registered trademark colors such as vehicle paints, among other color restriction programs.
